Dear,
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced many SMEs to rethink and redesign their businesses, with a focus on how to leverage social media, mobile connectivity, data analytics, and cloud computing, and incorporate these tools into their business model.
In order to provide value to customers and ensure business continuity, SMEs must embrace digitization in all areas of the business. This is easier said than done, as many SMEs struggle with digital transformation.
Mrs. Mojolaoluwa Aderemi-Makinde is our next guest on the show. She understands the challenges that SMEs face and has remained at the forefront of initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa that promote digital inclusion and skill acquisition.
