EMPOWERING OUR HIBISCUS/CASSIA TORA COOPERATIVE SOCIETY FARMERS

Recently, GACON LTD successfully hosted her Hibiscus/Cassia Tora Cooperative Farmers to their quarterly members incentive forum. At the gathering were cooperative members from Danbatta, Minjibir, Gezawa, and Gabasawa local government Areas. The event aimed to provide loan assistance to GACON farmers towards enhancing their agricultural activities and strengthening community ties.

During the session, members were trained on the benefits of the loan scheme and educated about the repayment terms. Following the training, ₦15,000 cash loans were distributed to 80 eligible cooperative members across the four LGAs. Agreement papers were signed and thumbprints obtained, ensuring transparency and accountability. Local representatives were also provided with copies of the agreements.

This initiative was warmly received by the members, who expressed gratitude to GACON for supporting their farming ventures. The successful event reflects GACON LTD’s ongoing commitment to empowering local farmers and promoting agricultural growth in the region. We are excited about the positive impact and look forward to continued collaboration with our cooperative members.
