Her Showcase Event– NEPC

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC), in partnership with the International Trade Center (ITC), hosted a powerful two-day symposium themed “Her Showcase – Trading Beyond Borders.

Spearheaded by the Executive Director/CEO of NEPC, Nonye Ayeni, the event brought together trailblazing women in export to connect, share experiences, and exhibit proudly made-in-Nigeria products.

A major highlight of the event was the panel session featuring successful female exporters, including our very own Group Managing Director GACON LTD, HRM Adaku Chidume-Okoro. She delivered a compelling talk on the importance of consistency in delivering quality products, a key factor that has positioned GACON LTD as a trusted name in the global market. Her words were both insightful and inspiring—truly a masterclass in international trade excellence.

The interactive discussions left participants energized and optimistic about the new opportunities unlocked through cross-border trade, with many sharing personal takeaways and networking with fellow exporters.
